Musikalen Future Dreams   |   from Olesund.

April 17-19th was a big weekend in Hillertstorp. During the entire spring semester about 80 singers, actors, technicians, conductors, musicians etc. from our church have been working and preparing for the musical, Future Dreams. It’s the story from Luke 15 about the Prodigal Son, but a modern version adjusted to fit in with the culture in Hillerstorp. Unfortunately I didn’t have a roll in the show, but as a staff member I served as a line-monitor, tickets salesman, candy salesman, and photographer. I got to see it three times, and it was great every time! I also had my dear friend Jocke Gusting visiting the entire weekend!

Now, a week later my internship is over. The last week was spent at my Bible School at a silent retreat. The last weekend in Hillerstorp was busy. On friday a bunch of youths came over and had a huge fika with me. On Saturday I shot some photos for some friends (but it’s a secret still so I can’t show them yet) and at night we had a BBQ-party at the church’s parking lot. On Sunday it was my last service and I received many grateful and kind words from younger and older members. My family was there too and they later helped me empty my apartment.

Thank you Hillerstorp for a great semester!
